What is The Role:

You'll intern as an Analyst, Revenue Strategy & Operations. We are seeking an exceptional Revenue Ops Professional to drive all sales strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis efforts around sales pipeline management. Your role will be to support our growth and enable us to scale efficiently. In addition, this role will also work cross functionally to help support our Enablement and Value Engineering organizations. This role will provide the analysis needed to evolve our understanding of our Enablement and Value Engineering GTM strategy; you will work very closely with Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Strategy to provide targets and recommendations that help align cross functional teams towards our company’s growth objectives while developing indicators to track progress.

This role is designed for individuals eligible to participate in a SkillBridge internship from January 2025 for a 3-6 month duration.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform in-depth analyses identifying root causes & impact to support central initiatives and drive growth within our Enablement and Value teams.
• Support leadership through crafting dashboards, developing tools to improve efficiency, and exposing focus areas in order to meet (and beat) our goals.
• Use data to build narrative content for QBRs and Board reviews that not only tell the story but identify the root cause and drive action towards problem solving.
• Prioritize and complete high-impact cross-functional projects.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Identify levers for driving revenue growth and revenue team efficiency; pre and post sale.
• Support, as needed, analytics across other areas of the business.
• Build executive presentations to communicate business value themes and benefits.
• Learn Elastic’s solutions and how to communicate them to a non-technical audience.

• Outstanding multitasking and communication skills, enabling you to lead multiple work streams in complex, ambiguous environments.

Bonus Points:

• Background in special operations, intelligence, or high risk operations - synthesizing complex combat and intelligence situations into digestible, easy-to-understand concepts.
• Executive briefing skills: time in embassy or as an instructor, teaching students beyond the entry-level proficiency.
• Spreadsheet and PowerPoint (Google Slides) experience.
